Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in the notes. We need your name, a way to contact you and details of your request to respond; optional information helps us understand the work.
How we use it
We use your details to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange visits and deliver agreed services. This includes taking steps at your request before entering a contract and performing an agreed contract. We also process technical details such as IP addresses and request times to protect the website and prevent misuse, in our legitimate interests of operating a reliable service.
Who can receive it
Our authorised team and website support provider, GenerativeSolutions, can access information needed to operate the service. Hosting providers process information on our behalf, and Google Workspace provides our business email service. Where calendar integration is enabled, booking details may be recorded in Google Calendar. External social-media links take you to separate services with their own privacy notices.
Where information is stored
Our website hosting arrangements include UK infrastructure and a disaster-recovery system in the United States. Email and optional calendar services may also process information outside the UK. Contact us for information about the providers, transfer arrangements and safeguards applicable to your information.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and booking records remain in our service records until reviewed and removed. Retention depends on whether an enquiry is ongoing, whether it becomes a customer relationship, and whether records are needed for accounts, complaints or legal obligations. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion. Website security counters and form challenges expire automatically.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction, and portability where applicable. Portability may apply to information processed for a contract.
